Jerry Jones does not have win total in mind to guarantee Jason Garrett’s future

When Jim Haslett took over for Scott Linehan in St. Louis with 12 games to go in 2008 he needed to win six games to be kept for the next year.

The Rams won his first two games, including a 34-14 pounding of the Cowboys, but lost the final 10 and it led to Steve Spagnuolo getting the Rams’ job.

Jason Garrett does not have such a clause in his contract.
