Dan Reeves hired Wade Phillips as his defensive coordinator in Denver and Atlanta and nearly joined the Cowboys a couple of years ago as an offensive consultant until he and Jerry Jones could not come to an agreement on a contract.
And Reeves son in-law is special teams coordinator Joe DeCamillis, so he has an inkling as to what has gone on this season with the Cowboys.
